My main bench is made of it and other than stupid wood tricks when first dimensioned a great wood to work and use.

Sounds like she is working on a 'Pops" program something like "You wrecked my house, you wrecked my car, you wrecked my heart and left the peaces pieces scattered on the lawn". Or maybe that is just an ear worm.

ken I'm a OK guyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11843155822153452980noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12079088.post-72100854335527687682017-08-09T01:43:59.998-07:002017-08-09T01:43:59.998-07:00What kind of wood is the slab? The slab is held in place by 4 5/8" dowels glued into the base and mated with holes on the bottom of the slab. The slab is easily removed and replaced. There are no screws, lag bolts, or any metal fasters on the bench. The bench is a near copy of one in NC that was used as a job site bench. The Moravian's were pretty sharp, when I first started building the bench it was just a bench but the farther I got into the build the more I appreciated the thought and engineering that went into it.

ken I'm a OK guyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11843155822153452980noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12079088.post-45511319377382917322017-08-08T22:13:47.399-07:002017-08-08T22:13:47.399-07:00Bob,
